the ‘Neocons’ Conning Us?
The first ray of Will-Power is associated with Shamballa, the first centre or crown chakra of the planet, from where Sanat Kumara directs his will. The first ray’s nature is at once destructive and also constructive. Ray One co-ruler Pluto destroys the old forms unsuitable for the expression of life and love and intelligence in Humanity. Vulcan as the other co-ruler of Ray One hammers out new templates upon his forge, based on ideas that have precipitated into humanity’s con-templative awareness. Pluto transiting Sagittarius is doing its destroying work in all areas of religion and belief systems. As Sagittarius is the strongest expression of the sixth ray of devotion in this cycle, Pluto’s transit through here has a very strong 1/6 ray emphasis. We saw this (in its negative aspect) in the early 1990’s in Bosnia and Rwanda where brutality, cruelty and ruthlessness reigned and ‘ethnic cleansing’ became almost an acceptable term! Ray Six is on the way out, yet its expression is most marked in humanity, in the idealism and fanaticism of the Arab people, the American and Russian personalities, and so on. Yet Ray one is also strong in its expression through a new ray one sub-cycle which comes at the start of any century. Although America does not have Ray one in her make-up, she carries it as the first branchrace of the sixth subrace of the fifth rootrace. Based upon some theosophical commentaries, New Zealand and Australia would constitute the second and third branchraces, hence carry the second and third aspects - as America would carry the first. This is in line with the dharma her Aquarian soul, as a leading nation in the Aquarian Age. The assault upon the WTC on 9/11 was a Plutonic event of awesome proportions, and whoever was responsible, certainly had that combination of ruthlessness and fanaticism characteristic of rays one and six. It set off a response and a resolve in America to root out terrorism which has led it to the Middle East, an obvious destination, even before the US arrived in Afghanistan. As noted in Neocons I, the plans had been on the table within the Pentagon for years, and now was the perfect opportunity to execute them. As to who was the actual perpetrator of 9/11 – well let us say that there are many unanswered questions and the reader may find some theories about it quite shocking and unpalatable – but the evidence is compelling. I leave it for those who would enquire to make their own researches about that. Remember that in this information revolution there is a lot of propaganda and one has to train oneself to read between the lines and employ the intuition. Using the Sagittarius rising chart for America, note well that Pluto was half a degree from an exact conjunction to the ascendant on 9/11. If the rising sign represents the soul potential in an entity, then this was a dire message to the soul of a nation. Now as America invades Iraq and perhaps even Syria and Iran, we see that transiting Pluto is moving up to make an opposition to America’s Mars in Gemini for the next couple of years. As explained in other discussions, this Pluto transit will force the ray six (Mars-ruled) personality of America to transform its relation to others (Mars in the seventh house), through either brute force and power, and/or being on the receiving end of that. This may happen through other nations or from within the nation, or both. Pluto will expose all the weaknesses, fears and glamours of the ray six personality during its opposition to Mars. Pluto will also bring to the surface any conspiracies that have been conceived within America’s underbelly, and a great purging could take place; it may actually turn out quite humiliating for America – only time will tell. The Arab world it is conceded, certainly needs some sort of ‘makeover’. Not only was Hussein an objectionable dictator, but there are many other Arab states who have not put their houses in order, to the detriment of the well-being of the people. Saudi Arabia is but one example of an oil-rich family and an incredibly under-privileged population – socially and economically. Terrorists may or may not have come from some of these nations, but one thing is clear, and that is the (ray six) fanaticism of many Islamic adherents and the destabilizing influence that mob rule can cause. In the Palestinian case, there is a group of people who have their backs to the wall without financial backing from a major superpower, such as their adversary Israel; hence their response is desperate and extreme, in the form of suicide bombings and so forth. In Neocons I the question was posed – is there a Zionist/Christian right agenda that has the upper hand within the American administration? This is a very tricky question and one can be accused (nay, has!) of bigotry and anti-Jewishness very easily, because of the many accusations toward Zionists over the past century - by those who are genuinely racist, bigoted and anti-Jewish. This author has no axe to grind either way but simply asks the question, concurring with Ken Wilbur’s approach - that it is the best possible scenario of a dictator like Hussein being toppled, despite other agendas that those such as the Neocons have. (Bring on level two yellow!) If
it is indeed the case, i.e. that a Neocon agenda is afoot, then an examination
of the rays and ruling signs of the Jewish Race is in order, because the
Zionists are part of that racial group. The master DK says: It is true that they are ‘natural law makers, and hence their tendency to dominate and govern’, and this can be a very positive aspect in terms of applying their acute intelligence (ray 3) to governing (ray 1). It is my contention that the Zionists in power in the American administration have these skills, yet also have the negative ray three ability to ‘manipulate forces and energies, and to "pull strings" in order to bring about desired ends. This is particularly so when the particular personalities (see Neocons II) are examined in terms of their track records - ‘by their fruits ye shall know them’. The Neocons’ rise to power is partially a result of transiting Pluto emerging from the twelfth house of the American chart recently, becoming more prominent as it moves through the first house. There is a double connotation taken on here as the first house relates to first ray Aries. The temptation to use or abuse power will be much more to the fore. As Pluto starts to tease out the shadow of America’s ray six personality over the next couple of years, the powerful Zionist ‘cabal’ in its administration could play a key role; they will probably help bring to a head once and for all the problem of Israel as well as Palestinian sovereignty. This could be a positive thing when all is said and done. This two-year period coincides with the start of Israel’s second Saturn return. Jehovah comes back to weigh the scales for the second time since Israel’s inception in 1948, and perhaps this may be an opportunity for great healing. The world population of Jews is thirteen million, with just under five million in Israel, and just under six million in America – with the rest spread out through the rest of the world. The greatest population of Jews in world cities is far and away New York with 1.75 million. New York is most likely one of the three major power bases for Zionists in the world: “The area of difficulty—as is well known—is the Near East and Palestine. The Jews, by their illegal and terroristic activities, have laid a foundation of great difficulty for those who are seeking to promote world peace. As a Jewish member of my Ashram pointed out (and I commend him on his soul vision), the Jews have partially again opened the door to the Forces of Evil, which worked originally through Hitler and his evil gang. The "sealing" of that door had not been successfully accomplished, and it is the part of wisdom to discover this in time. These Forces of Evil work through a triangle of evil, [author’s italics] one point of which is to be found in the Zionist Movement in the United States, another in central Europe, and the third in Palestine. Palestine is no longer a Holy Land and should not be so regarded.” (RI-430) The point of the triangle in Europe is probably Vienna, where much of the Zionist activity in Europe in the late nineteenth century coalesced. Jerusalem is probably what DK was referring to ‘in Palestine’, although it is now the capital of Israel. New York, with its large Jewish population, would be the focus for America. There could be various arguments for which cities occupy what points, but one speculation could be Vienna as 1st aspect (ideas initiated from here), Jerusalem 2nd aspect (spiritual and emotional home) and New York 3rd aspect, which it has in common with its ray 3 personality. There are some interesting points to ponder on these points of the triangle. Austria is a fifth ray soul and fourth ray personality, and at the heart of Europe, represents the epitome of the fifth subrace of the fifth rootrace – science, concrete mind etc. Hitler, who persecuted the Jews, hailed from Austria, as did some of the formulators of the new Zionism. Many would argue that Zionism itself, represented by the distorted force of the Jewish race Ray One soul, is a form of fascism which Hitler stood for. Both the old Zionists of the nineteenth century and Hitler had a mutual admiration for philosophers such as Nietszche, strongly on the first ray – as are Germany’s personality and the Jewish race’s soul. Indeed Neocons are called fascists and imperialists by some commentators. It is ironic that the Jews who were so persecuted in that war, had Zionist leaders who exhibited similar tendencies to the Nazis, using terrorism and intimidation. (See later account of the rise of Zionism from Britannica encyclopedia) It is also ironic that the race who persecuted the Jews aspired to be Nietszchean, “Aryan supermen”, whilst the Jews have always claimed to be the ‘chosen race’, not wanting to dilute their ‘purity’. All entities here are exhibiting some of the major glamours of the first ray: love of power, separativeness, ruthlessness etc. The one occult war of World Wars I & II represented a ‘minor judgement day’ in the history of the world and was a major recapitulation of the Atlantean conflict between the so-called “Lords of Shining Countenance” and the “Forces of Evil”. It was a war where modern Humanity truly met their Dweller, and where DK mysteriously states that the Jews were used as a ‘karmic clearing house’. This relates elsewhere of course to DK’s assignation of the Jewish Race per se as the planetary solar plexus centre. After WWII, DK comments: “The
major battle in the world today is that of the freedom of the average
citizen to think for himself and to come to his own decisions and conclusions.
It is here that the major quarrel between the Great White Lodge and the
Black Lodge is to be found. It is a battle in which humanity itself is
the decisive factor, and for this reason the Black Lodge is working
through the group which is controlling the destiny of Russia and also
through the Zionist movement. [1940’s] The leaders of the U.S.S.R.
are working intelligently and potently against human freedom and particularly
against freedom of thought. A few points to note from this quote: “Zionism today stands for aggression and for the use of force, and the keynote is permission to take what you want irrespective of other people or of their inalienable rights.” The question is asked – is this happening again from the Pentagon cabal? With regards the bolded statement above about the UN – has this happened again using Bush as the puppet? That is, has the UN been defied and has there been ‘clever’ manipulation? “The
Jews are governed by the third Ray of Active Intelligence, the energy
which permeates and controls matter or substance. They were also, during
the years immediately following the war, under the control of a glamour
imposed by the Zionist Dictators, who were attempting
(somewhat unsuccessfully) to be to the Jewish people what Stalin and his
group, and Hitler and his gang, have been to their people. They worked
through the same methods—terrorising, withholding information, browbeating
their opponents, making false claims and bribing and corrupting. They
were and are a minority, but a powerful minority because of their
great wealth and their being in positions of power. With regard to the wealth and power statement above, nothing seems to have changed today. Perhaps the Zionists have quietly and surreptitiously risen to power again through a much more sophisticated and long-term approach for their plans. This may have come about under the cover of cultivating pro-Zionist sympathies in the media and through some extraordinary machinations in big business and global cartels of which many Neocons seem to be associated. As described in Neocons I, there have been shown strong links by investigative journalists to arms deals and the like, as well as other dubious business practices. In any event, as a minority yet powerful group within the Jewish race, the Zionists seem to embody some of the worst glamours of the ruling rays 1 and 3: power-hungry, ruthless, scheming and avaricious. Now that Israel has been a nation for 55 years, and whether it was settled illegally or not, she is here to stay for the time being, and therefore the major issue of Palestinian autonomy is paramount today. Therefore the question which this series on Neocons asks, is there a secretive and unfair agenda by some modern day Zionists in the Pentagon? Could their plans push an unwitting Bush administration and the world into unnecessary and violent nuclear exchanges, or a third world war? In other words, has the ‘door where evil dwells’ been completely sealed, and has a group or nation has become a puppet for the ‘dark’ or ‘materialistic forces’? Is the war in Iraq motivated by a basic goodwill and moral ‘rightness’, yet is mixed with darker intentions from those within the Pentagon? It is of great moment to contemplate the developing crisis which occurred from 9/11, starting with the attack on New York, one of the five major planetary centers, and also one of the three Zionist power bases. DK has assigned the Jewish Race as the planetary solar plexus (EXT85), and it has been speculated by this author that New York is the solar plexus of the Fifth Root Race. (See web essays on 9/11 at www.esotericastrologer.org) The solar plexus is a ‘great clearing house’ as energies are raised to the heart centre, something Humanity en masse are engaged as it takes the first initiation. The Dark Brotherhood embody the planetary sacral centre (Shamballa-head, Hierarchy-Heart, Humanity-throat), and their brief is to keep Humanity imprisoned in the lower realms, particularly at the end of this age of Pisces, well known for its theme of bondage. Hence we can see the interaction between Humanity (throat) and these materialistic forces (sacral). The sacral-throat relation is well known to students of occultism, in balancing the creative mental forces at the throat, with the procreative, manifesting qualities of the sacral. Indeed, the Jew, who embodies active-intelligence par excellence, through Nazi persecution represented the suppression of free and creative thought, demonstrated also by the book-burnings and persecution of intellectuals pre-WWII. Yet as a whole the Jewish Race represents the planetary solar plexus. The Nazis in their role as persecutory tools of the Dark Brotherhood (sacral), were attempting to stop the raising of the planetary solar plexus to the planetary heart by trying to eliminate the Jews completely; – like Lady Macbeth screaming, “out damned spot! Out I say…Hell is murky… What need we fear who knows it, when none can call our power to account.” (Macbeth) The assignation of the Jewish Race to the planetary solar plexus is also probably related to their karma from the first solar system, and in this respect they are ‘special’ and have an unusual and mysterious karma to work out upon this fourth globe of the fourth Earth chain. Nevertheless, the upsurge of fascism in the human race toward the end of last century (neo-nazis etc) must partly be a short term effect of the Shamballa force directly applied to Humanity. It will express itself through the fascist in all of us, whether we are Mother Teresa or Slobodan Milosevic. However, where the ray colourings of the individual or group are along the first ray line, then there is the point of least resistance and the greatest expression –negatively or positively. For more mature entities such as Britain (ray one personality), the expression is far more restrained and tempered with compassion; likewise with Tony Blair compared to George Bush. Let the reader be reminded that this commentary has in no way been meant as an attack on Jews or the Jewish Race (despite several vocal objectors to the contrary), and is meant to question the motives of individuals and groups (in this case the Zionists), who may be in a position to abuse power - to the detriment of the rest of humanity. To finish this brief synopsis, today on Easter Sunday 2003, on the full moon period of Aries, some more of DK’s words to ponder: “It is equally true of the Jewish race that in the rejection of the Christ as the Messiah they have remained, metaphorically and practically, in the sign of Aries, the Ram, or of the Scapegoat; they have yet to pass into the sign (again speaking symbolically) of Pisces, the Fishes, and recognise their Messiah when He again comes in the sign Aquarius. These are FACTS in a common world repository of records and are indisputable. As will be seen, Britain and America, the two major parties in the ‘coaltion of the willing’, have major responsibilities and ties to the original formation of Israel. Israel and the ZionistsThe Zionist movement was based on creating a Jewish state in Palestine. It was an outgrowth of hundreds of years of nationalist sentiments about returning to the ancient homeland of the Jews. Around
the 16th and 17th centuries some Jewish leaders
urged return to the homeland, yet in the 18th century the Jewish
Haskala urged assimilation into European culture. Eventually, because
of a rising anti-semitism in Europe and Russia, Haskala died out. Paradoxically,
Haskala’s values on the study of Jewish history and Hebrew language merged
with Zionism, a movement at the opposite end of the spectrum. The
Arabs Britain, the United States and the United Nations bear much of the responsibility for the formation of Israel just after World War II. Britain United StatesThe
U.S. basically supported the British, however President Truman was determined
that Jews dislocated by the war were allowed to enter Palestine. In 1948
the British mandate (of 1917) collapsed, no doubt under extreme pressure
from American Zionists. In 1945, through Foreign Secretary Bevin, the
Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry recommended that Jewish immigration
continue at a monthly rate above previous recommendations. At the same
time thousands of unauthorised refugee immigrants gained entry, much with
the assistance of the terrorist underground forces of the Zionists – the
Irgun. Their actions culminated in 1945 with the blowing up of the King
David Hotel in which 91 lives were lost, many of them British. Of course
there was an urgency and a need for security without persecution, that
pushed the Jewish immigration, fuelled by the recent Holocaust in Europe. A
UN Special Committee on Palestine recommended the partition of the country
into an Arab and a Jewish state, and a two-thirds majority was adopted
by the UN General Assembly on Nov. 29, 1947. The decision came about because
of partition agreement between super powers United States and the Soviet
Union, but also because of pressure on some small countries by Zionist
sympathizers in the United States. The United Nations was a young organisation
at the time and made some fundamental mistakes of admitting totalitarian
